We developed the luxury website of Open Sea Residence — a beachfront residential complex in Obzor, just 3 minutes from the town center. The interactive map of available apartments lets buyers browse floor by floor and see the area, view and status of each property at a glance. Atmospheric photography conveys the direct beach access and seaside atmosphere, while detailed descriptions speed up decision-making for foreign and Bulgarian buyers of holiday homes. Today the website shows 18 available properties with up-to-date status, maintained on an ongoing basis by our team.

Branding
The turquoise is taken literally from the sea in front of the complex and is used sparingly — for lines, frames and buttons, on an otherwise black-and-white base. The wordmark is set in a light serif, with a widely spaced “RESIDENCE” beneath it.
